Welcome to Brain Sudoku. This Privacy Policy explains how Multi Tech Innovations ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

By downloading or using Brain Sudoku you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Information You Provide

Brain Sudoku does not require account registration. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information directly from you.

Information Collected Automatically

The following data may be collected automatically when you use the App:

• Device information (model, OS version, unique device identifiers)
• Gameplay data (grid size, difficulty, levels completed, hints used, time spent)
• App usage events (screens visited, features tapped, theme preferences)
• Ad interaction data (ad shown, skipped, or rewarded)
• Crash reports and diagnostic data

• To operate the App and save your game progress locally on your device
• To improve gameplay, fix bugs, and develop new features
• To serve advertisements through Google AdMob (see Section 4)

Brain Sudoku uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Ad types shown in this App:

Google AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, including Advertising ID (GAID / IDFA), IP address, and device signals. This is governed by the Google Privacy Policy ↗.

Local Storage (On Your Device)

Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device using standard Android/iOS shared preferences. This data never leaves your device unless transmitted by third-party SDKs described in this policy.

• Current saved game state
• Levels completed and star ratings
• Total play time and hints used
• Theme, sound, and vibration preferences
• Last-used grid size and difficulty

Third-Party Data Retention

Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's own data retention policies. We do not control this data once transmitted to Google.

Brain Sudoku uses lightweight local analytics for development diagnostics. In the current version, analytics events (level starts, completions, hint usage) are logged only to the device console in debug mode and are not transmitted to any external server.

Brain Sudoku is a general-audience puzzle game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us (see Section 12) and we will promptly delete such information.

Advertising served through AdMob is configured in accordance with Google's policies on child-directed content.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information associated with your use of the App. Game data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's own security features.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your data:

• Access — Request information about data collected about you
• Deletion — Locally stored game data can be deleted by uninstalling the App; for third-party data contact us or the relevant provider
• Opt-out of personalized ads — Adjust your device advertising settings (see Section 4)
• Data portability — Request a copy of your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12.

The App integrates the following third-party SDKs, each governed by its own privacy policy:

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties and encourage you to review their policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where required by law, notify you through the App or the relevant app store listing.

Your continued use of Brain Sudoku after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
